Renee Cunningham has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in human resources. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as an HR Diversity Specialist at IBM Global Workforce Diversity, where they consulted with management and executives on improving diversity in the workforce. From 2007 to 2023, they held multiple roles at IBM, including Senior HR Business Partner, Strategic HR Business Partner, Manager of Global Administration, and HR Generalist/HR Partner. In their most recent role at IBM, they served as the HR BU Leader for IBM Consulting, providing global HR support for all levels of management and executives. In 2023, they joined Marion Senior Services as the Human Resources Director.
Renee Cunningham obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, which they completed between 1984 and 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Amberton University from 1992 to 1995.
