Lisa Cahill has extensive experience in communications and public safety management. Currently serving as Communications Manager, Training and Accreditation Coordinator, and Shift Supervisor/Dispatcher V at the Marion County Board of County Commissioners since February 2012, Lisa has played a key role in managing a consolidated Public Safety Answering Point that handles over 600,000 calls annually. Prior to this, Lisa worked at the Marion County Sheriff's Office from November 1995 to October 2011, ascending to the position of Master Sergeant, where responsibilities included evaluating employee performance to meet organizational goals. Lisa began a career in the legal field as a Legal Secretary for a real estate attorney from August 1982 to July 1995, managing real estate closings and title searches. Lisa attended the University of Louisville in 2005.
