Ramya Sharon Rathod is an accomplished professional with diverse experience spanning over a decade in project management, business development, and creative direction. As the Founder and Creative Director of Splatter Art Creations since July 2024, Ramya leads an innovative art studio focused on personalized and engaging experiences. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Mariner Innovations began in May 2016, where Ramya held roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, contributing to industry-leading software solutions for video monitoring. Previous experience includes serving as Director at ConnexionWorks, overseeing operations and marketing strategies, and as Project Coordinator at iSpire, managing project requirements and documentation. Ramya's career also features early roles including Student Ambassador at the Pond Deshpande Centre and System Engineer at IBM India, where technical solutions and project management skills were honed. Ramya holds an MBA from the University of New Brunswick and a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from MLR Institute of Technology.
