Dean Cooper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across the finance and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Central Operations at Mariner Finance since November 2023, Dean previously held multiple senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Global Head of Lending Operations for Business Banking and Mortgage Banking. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Dean worked at HSBC, where responsibilities included management of global operations in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as integration of banking operations across the US and Canada. Dean's career began at Metris Companies, Inc., advancing through roles focused on operational effectiveness and quality management. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Management from Nova Southeastern University.
