Stephen Owen, PE, is an experienced marine engineer and project manager currently serving as Engineering Department Manager and Marine Engineering Senior Project Manager at Marine Solutions, Inc. since March 2017. Owen specializes in inland and coastal ports and marine terminals, with expertise in condition assessments, rehabilitation of existing structures, and the design of new waterfront structures such as piers, bulkheads, and flood walls. Prior to this role, Owen worked as a Senior Project Engineer-Diver and Structural Engineer-Diver at Moffatt & Nichol from June 2011 to March 2017, focusing on waterfront design and inspection. Owen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from the University of Virginia.
