John Keenan, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in marine and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Marine Solutions, Inc. since April 2016, John specializes in heavy construction projects including bridge, dam, and waterfront repairs. Prior to this role, John held positions at Wallace, Montgomery & Associates, LLP as an Associate and Senior Structural Engineer focused on bridge design, repair, and inspection for nearly 14 years, and served as President and Structural Engineer at Coastal Marine Sciences, Inc., highlighting expertise in underwater engineering and construction. John's career commenced as a Commercial Diver at Coastal Marine and Diving / North & Parker, where underwater construction skills were developed. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Deep Sea Certification from Coastal Diving Academy.
