Clint Nesmith

Director, National Events at Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation

Clint Nesmith has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations. Clint began their career at The Dallas Opera in 1999 as the Dallas Opera Guild Coordinator and Special Events Assistant, where they managed volunteers, oversaw fundraising efforts, and organized events. In 2004, they joined The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as the Assistant Manager of the National Symphony Orchestra Development Department. In this role, they managed the board of directors and various fundraising committees, successfully raising significant funds for the organization. In 2007, Nesmith joined the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation as the Director of National Events. Clint played a crucial role in managing a large number of fundraising events and volunteers, significantly increasing fundraising goals and establishing new events. Recently, Nesmith has been working at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, first as the Vice President of Engagement and then as the Vice President of Events. Clint Nesmith pursued their education chronologically starting from 1993 to 1997, studying Vocal Performance at The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Clint attended the University of Phoenix, where they completed their studies in Business Administration and Management, General, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
