Marina Franchi has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Marina is currently the Head of Merchandising Americas at Intex Fashion, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, Marina founded Marina Yacht Wear and Bains de Soleil in 2020.

In 2019, Marina worked at CELINE as a Product Allocation & Quota specialist. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Senior Allocator - Accessories at Burberry, and from 2015 to 2020, they worked as an International Market Coordinator at Kate Spade & Company.

Marina also gained experience as a Size Profiling Analyst Intern at Modell's Sporting Goods and as an RTW Sales Intern at Vera Wang in 2014. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at Longchamp.

Throughout their career, Marina has demonstrated a strong understanding of the fashion industry and has taken on various roles in merchandising, allocation, sales, and market coordination.

Marina Franchi attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Fashion Merchandising Management.
