George-Manuel Gutau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. George-Manuel began their career as an Informatics Specialist at National Investment Company CNI SA in 2002, where they worked until 2006. George-Manuel then joined Temenos Romania as an Application Developer, where they were involved in projects that focused on automation and tool configuration. In 2011, Gutau joined Smartfocus as an Application Developer, specializing in J2EE architecture. After working there for four years, they joined Clevermind as an Application Consultant in 2015. Gutau held this role until 2016, when they joined Marin Software as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer. Throughout their career, Gutau has demonstrated proficiency in various programming languages and technologies, working on projects related to infrastructure tools, web development, and automation.

George-Manuel Gutau obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Universitatea "Ștefan cel Mare" din Suceava between the years 1997 and 2002.
