Byron Porter has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Byron started their career at All Access Today in 2007, where they served as a Customer Service Manager, responsible for managing the customer service department and maintaining databases.
In 2008, Byron joined TradeOne Marketing as a Claims Processor Specialist. After a year, they transitioned to PeopleAdmin in 2009, where they worked as a Level 2 Custom Care Specialist for five years.
In 2014, Byron moved to Actum Processing, LLC, where they served as a Merchant Support Manager until 2016. Byron then joined Marin Software as a Customer Support Specialist, supporting clients until February 2019.
From March 2019 onwards, Byron took on the role of Solutions Architect at Marin Software. Throughout their career, they have acquired valuable skills in customer support, management, and problem-solving.
Byron Porter attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2004, where they earned their B.A. degree in Sociology.
