Ellen McGlynn has extensive experience in educational leadership and development, currently serving as the Assistant Head of School for Community Relations and the Director of Development at Marin Country Day School since February 2006. Prior to this role, Ellen worked at Backroads from July 2001 to October 2005 as a Returning Leader Training and Regional Specialist. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 1997, and has a strong foundational education from Santa Catalina and Katherine Delmar Burke School.
