David Fox has extensive work experience in customer support and service roles. David began their career as a Manager of Customer and Product Support at First Data Corporation. David then moved on to work at Passport Health Communications, where they held various positions such as Director, Vice-President, and eventually Senior Vice President of Client Services. At Passport Health Communications, they achieved high customer satisfaction ratings, implemented automation processes, and led successful integration efforts after several acquisitions. After leaving Passport Health Communications, David joined Experian Health as the Senior Vice President of Client Services, where they oversaw multiple support and service teams and collaborated with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Customer Officer of Marigold, where they are responsible for leading all aspects of the customer experience and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Previously, they also held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Support at CM Group, where they led the global support organization and implemented best practices across teams worldwide.
