Sandreka Brown is an experienced educator and leader in mathematics instruction, currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Marietta City Schools since July 2020. Brown has held leadership roles, including the position of Manager of Teacher Leadership and Development at Teach for America Alabama. Previous teaching experience includes roles at Birmingham City Schools and Chambers County School System, alongside work as a Radiographer at Emory Eastside Medical Center and UAB Hospital. Sandreka holds an Education Specialist degree in Secondary Mathematics from Jacksonville State University, a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from LaGrange College, and a B.S. in Pre-radiological Sciences from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
