Steven Shaw has extensive experience in IT management and technical services, currently serving as the Head of IT Technical Services at Marie Curie UK since February 2020. Prior roles include Acting Head of IT and Facilities and IT Operations Manager at The Fairtrade Foundation, as well as positions as IT Engineer at The Conran Shop and St. Mungos. Shaw has also held various technical support roles, including IT Helpdesk/Field Engineer and Technical Operations Analyst, demonstrating a strong background in IT support, troubleshooting, and operations management across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a GNVQ in Information Technology and 8 GCSEs from Peterborough Regional College and Sir Harry Smith Community College, respectively.
