R. Nicholas Staab, MD, MSPH, currently serves as Assistant Medical Director at Maricopa County Department of Public Health since July 2023. With extensive experience in public health and pediatrics, Staab has held positions including Hospitalist at Phoenix Children's since July 2015, Medical Epidemiologist at Maricopa County Department of Public Health from October 2020 to July 2023, and Medical Director at the Arizona Department of Health Services from July 2019 to October 2020. Staab's earlier roles include Pediatric Hospitalist at Advocate Medical Group and Pediatric Resident at Advocate Health Care.
