Sammy Castaneda Jr is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in technology support and administration. Currently serving as a PC\LAN Technician Sr at Maricopa County Library District since August 2020, Sammy previously held the role of Administrator of Innovation of Technology/Director of Technology at Student Choice High School, where responsibilities included designing a cloud-based ticketing system and collaborating with senior staff on technology implementation. Prior positions include PC/LAN Technician roles at Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, where support ranged from hardware troubleshooting to remote assistance in law enforcement. Earlier experience encompasses senior technology support in education and various technical roles in both corporate and service environments. Sammy holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics from Heald College.
