Frank C. Wilson, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Frank C. is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at Maricopa Community Colleges since July 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President & Associate Chief Human Resources Officer at the same organization from July 2021 to July 2022.
Before joining Maricopa Community Colleges, Frank worked at Chandler/Gilbert Community College as the Interim Associate Dean, Workforce Programs from August 2019 to January 2020. Frank C. also served as Mathematics Faculty and Mathematics Division Chair and Faculty from 2005 to 2018.
Earlier in their career, Frank was associated with Green River College as a Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President for Program Outcomes and as a Mathematics Instructor from 2000 to 2005.
Frank's work experience also includes their time in the United States Air Force, where they served as Mathematics Faculty, Formal Training Instructor & Scientist, Director of the Computer Based Training Division, and Chief of the Customer Support Element from 1994 to 2000.

Frank C. Wilson, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP completed their education at Northcentral University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration with a focus on Quantitative Business Methods from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Mathematics from Brigham Young University from 1992 to 1994, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from the same institution from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, they hold a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM and is also a certified Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent by the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
