Letha Christian has a strong background in project management and database development. Letha started their career at American Management Systems as a Programmer/Analyst, where they worked on various projects in applications development. Letha then moved on to Travelers, where they served as a Lead DBA/Team Lead/Manager, overseeing DB2 application projects and managing teams supporting mainframe DB2 and client/server environments with Sybase, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and DB2.

Letha later joined TD Ameritrade as a Database Consultant, where they led database projects for development and administration teams in UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments. Letha also served as the Manager of Database Development, leading a team across three remote locations to support Oracle, MS SQL Server, Netezza, and PostgreSQL.

Most recently, Letha worked at Maricom Systems as a Project Manager/BI Technical Lead. In this role, they provided direction and oversight for operations and administration of projects within the BI-ETL contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). Letha built strong customer relationships and ensured timely delivery of projects.

Throughout their career, Letha has demonstrated expertise in database system design, PL/SQL skills, performance tuning, and 24x7 database production support. Letha has consistently delivered projects on schedule or ahead of schedule and maintained frequent communication with clients.

Letha Christian obtained their B.S. degree in Computer Science from Florida International University in 1979. The starting year of their education is not provided.
