Swarup Sahoo has experience working as a Summer Intern at Tata Steel, where Swarup provided a framework and prototype for a project titled "Single Window IT enabled Help-desk System for HRM Services" and received a Pre-Placement Offer. Currently, at Marico Limited, Swarup serves as the HR Manager - New Business and Learning and Development Manager at the Baddi Factory, where Swarup is responsible for HR, IR, and Admin portfolio for the entire factory. Prior to this, Swarup held positions at Tata Steel as the Manager Human Resources for HR Transformation Project and Raw Materials Division.
