Noran El Bosseli has a strong background in marketing and business development. Noran is currently the Head of Marketing at Marico Limited since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Partner & Entrepreneur at Bo's Yard Consultancy from January 2020 to August 2022. Noran also held roles at Emami Ltd as the General Manager Marketing & New Business from August 2017 to January 2020, and as a Marketing Manager from July 2014 to August 2017. Noran has experience working at Philips as a Strategy Support Manager from December 2013 to June 2014 and at L'Oréal as a Senior Product Manager from April 2013 to November 2013, and as a Product Manager from May 2011 to March 2013. Noran began their career at Dabur India Limited as a Marketing Executive & New Product Development from January 2009 to March 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Writer & Magazine Copy editor as a freelancer from 2005 to 2009. Noran also worked at Platiunum Partners as a Business Analyst from January 2008 to December 2008.

Noran El Bosseli obtained a Natural Hair Care Formulation Diploma from the School of Natural Skin Care in the UK in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Professional Color Therapy Diploma from CTAA in 2019. Noran's education also includes pursuing a Bachelor of Business & International Trade in Marketing from Misr International University, although the dates for this degree are not specified.
