Emil Safarov has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as an Engineer and Whole and HR Executive Office Inspector for the municipality of Kapaz since February 2012. Responsibilities include defining repair and restoration projects, preparing necessary documentation for administration, and supervising work to ensure timely execution. Previously, Emil worked as Executive Director at a building restoration company from November 2009 to April 2011, where duties involved procurement, quality control, and staff recruitment. Additionally, Emil held roles at Baku Narimanov and Qorqud Insurance from February 2005 to 2009 as a specialist in buyer services. Emil holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Azerbaijan Co-operation University, completed in 2009.
