Stacy Betz is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mariani Landscape since April 2004, Stacy oversees the HR functions for multiple green industry companies, managing employee relations, HR strategy, compensation, policy administration, benefits, recruitment, and training. Prior to this role, Stacy worked as the Human Resources Manager at Personnel Research Associates, where the focus was on establishing the human resources functions for a consulting firm. Additionally, Stacy held the position of Associate HR Manager at Leo Burnett, responsible for employee relations and recruitment within a global advertising agency. Stacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
