Patricia Gandolfo is an experienced professional in production management and design, currently serving as Jefatura de Producción at CHER. since August 2019. Previously, Patricia co-owned RN Design Montevideo, specializing in decorative products made from leather, textiles, and embroidery. At Yerra Rugs, Patricia held the position of Jefatura de Planificación y Producción, overseeing operations in both Argentine and Uruguayan plants. Additionally, Patricia's career includes roles at Curtiembre Becas, TRAMANDO S.A., and Curtiembre Arlei S.A., focusing on product planning, quality control, and production oversight in the leather and textile industries. Patricia has an academic background with a Licenciatura in Administración from Universidad Nacional de Quilmes and has completed several training programs in management, finance, and production planning.
