Suzette has a “the glass is always half full, we can make it better” attitude towards client services. The majority of her early career was spent with Outback Steakhouse, leaving as the Regional Director of Training for the Northeast. She has spent time with local restaurant groups over the years running their operations training. The customer experience is the most important part of a great client, business relationship. She truly loves to see the light bulb go off when a concept clicks and everyone is in harmony over products and services.
