Kedon Carter is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Banquet Chef at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort since June 2023, Kedon previously held multiple positions at Margaritaville from September 2015 to June 2023, including Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Line Cook. Prior to this, Kedon was the Chef at R.E.D Stripe Cafe from March 2013 to August 2015, and also worked as Sous Chef at Spring Garden Seafood and Grill from July 2010 to November 2012. Kedon began the culinary journey as a Lead Cook at Gran Bahia Principe from December 2008 to May 2010. Education includes studies at Heart Institute from 2007 to 2008 and Moneague College from 2005 to 2007.
