Brittany Lewis has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Lead Cook at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University since August 2019 and as Team Lead at Margaritaville and associated venues since May 2019. Previously, Brittany worked as Supervisor and Lead Cook at AdventHealth from May 2017 to August 2019. Brittany's educational background includes a Doctorate in Fire Science from Daytona State College (2015-2016) and a High School Diploma from Mainland High School (2009-2012).
