Rosie Fuller has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rosie started their career at Debenhams in 2010, where they worked as a Wedding Gift Service Coordinator until 2015. At Debenhams, they assisted brides and grooms in creating gift lists and dealt with customer order complaints.

In 2015, Rosie joined MYA Cosmetic Surgery Ltd, one of the UK's leading private cosmetic surgery companies. Rosie held various roles during their tenure, starting as an Administrative Assistant and eventually becoming an Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager, they oversaw the flagship clinic's operations and ensured staff levels met business and client requirements. Rosie also managed a team, conducted performance reviews, and set targets to improve performance.

In 2020, Rosie joined Margaret Dabbs London as the Clinic Manager. Rosie later advanced to the position of Clinic Operations Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Clinic Operations starting from March 2022.
