Lucian Gladstone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the dairy derivatives market, currently serving as the Head of EMEA Dairy Derivatives Sales at Marex Solutions since August 2020. In this role, Lucian leads efforts to provide a range of financial products, including swaps, futures, options, and accumulators, aimed at mitigating price risks for producers and consumers in the dairy industry. Prior to this, Lucian worked at Bank of America as a Trade Finance Specialist from February 2018 to July 2020, and at ETX Capital as a Sales Trader from September 2011 to December 2015. Lucian holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of London Institute in Paris and a Master's degree in International Business from Institut d’études européennes, Université Paris VIII.
