Scott Smith is an experienced business leader with a proven track record in service management, business development, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Service Business Manager at Marel since May 2022, Smith oversees the U.S. service division, focusing on account management, leadership, and financial management. As the founder of MPiR LLC, established in 2010, Smith has successfully guided start-ups and early-stage SMBs to achieve sustainable growth through process-driven methodologies. Previous roles include General Manager at Rhythm Engineering, Director of Commercial Sales and Service at LBA Air Conditioning, and various leadership positions at DISH Network, Freightview, and Cricket Wireless, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance profitability and operational performance. Scott holds an MBA from Friends University and a Bachelor’s degree from Buffalo State University.
