Shannon Brown has a diverse work experience. Shannon started their career as the Owner Operator of Lawn & Order from March 1992 to May 2000. Shannon then joined Mardel Christian & Education in March 2000 as a Marketing Assistant, where they were responsible for writing press releases, managing the informational website, and initiating an email marketing campaign. In June 2012, Shannon was promoted to Online Marketing Manager, overseeing a team of two employees and managing various aspects such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and more. Shannon later became the eCommerce Manager in February 2019 and then the eCommerce Director in February 2020 at Mardel.

Shannon Brown obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Cameron University from the year 1995 to 2000. Additionally, Shannon obtained two certifications: the IBM Marketing Cloud Professional Certification from IBM in December 2015, and the Engage Professional Certification from Silverpop in March 2014.
