Matt Martin has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in talent acquisition and human resources. Starting in 1992, they worked as the Human Resource Director for Adam's Mark Hotels until 1998. Matt then joined Swank Audio Visuals and Motion Picture as the Corporate Director of Recruitment from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they transitioned to Marcus Hotels and Resorts, first as the Director of Human Resources at Hotel Phillips and later as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

Matt Martin attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1985 to 1991 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, with a minor in Psychology.
