We are looking for a Director of Brand & Communications to serve as the chief creative and storyteller for our products and brand. You will be responsible for creating and evangelizing our story across all channels. You will play an instrumental role in shaping, evolving, and elevating our brand to a fully integrated, purpose-led brand with a strong personality and identity. Responsibilities:
Develop, oversee, and evangelize a comprehensive brand strategy for MarcoPolo, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Oversee PR, communications and thought leadership content.
Develop and manage integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and reach target customer segments.
Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand collateral for print, digital, social media, and other promotional materials.
Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity and how we visually represent our brand everywhere.
Support strategy and planning for conferences and events, including pre-and post-event campaigns, coordination of marketing collateral, etc. to maximize brand visibility.
Advocate for and look after design consistency and cohesion across the company via maintaining a brand style guide.
Develop and manage KPIs that are tied to overall marketing and business goals, with a focus on brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

What We Offer:
This is a US-based position. The actual salary offered will depend on experience and skill level and the commission level will be based on performance.Â
