Alfiero Fuentes has been working as a Sous Chef at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila since January 2014. Prior to that, Alfiero was a Kitchen helper (dimsum chef) at Marriott Hotel Manila. With experience as a Commisary head chef at Orchard Road, Alfiero has demonstrated versatility and skill in the culinary industry. Alfiero's education includes attending Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila from 1992 to 1994, majoring in management.
