Tony Chivinski has a robust background in leadership and advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Advisory Board Chairman at Marcho Farms, Inc. and the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Oliver Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical since January 2019, Chivinski is also a member of the Board of Directors at Bergey Family Corporation and Willow Valley Associates. Additionally, ownership of Leadership Advisory Services since November 2007 reflects entrepreneurial expertise. Chivinski's past service includes a role as Commissioner for the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department and positions at The Berks Packing Company and Warwick Township. A former EVP & COO at Pennfield Corporation, Chivinski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Penn State University.
