Rita Evelina started their work experience in 2015 at MOSCHINO, where they served as the Sales Director for nearly four years until March 2019. Following their time at MOSCHINO, they joined Marc Jacobs in September 2019 as the Deputy Sales Director.

Rita Evelina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from Università degli Studi di Milano between 2004 and 2008. Rita then went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field at the same university, from 2008 to 2011.
