Caroline McDowell

Director Of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Marc Jacobs

Caroline McDowell has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing and promotions. Caroline most recently served as the Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Marc Jacobs since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Digital Marketing at NSTO from December 2018 to June 2019. Caroline also gained valuable experience as an MBA Summer Intern at Saks Fifth Avenue in 2017.

Before transitioning into digital marketing, Caroline held various roles at Wayfair from 2012 to 2016. Caroline started as a Business Analyst for AllModern, where they optimized and analyzed marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and retention goals. Caroline then progressed to become a Marketing and Promotions Manager for AllModern, where they designed and implemented new promotional strategies and managed a team. Finally, they served as the Senior Marketing and Promotions Manager for AllModern, overseeing the design, management, and analysis of promotional marketing strategies, as well as leading a team of buyers and driving pricing negotiations with vendors.

Prior to working at Wayfair, Caroline gained experience as a Marketing and Events Intern at The Martha's Vineyard Museum in 2011. Caroline also served as the Director of the St. James Summer Homeless Shelter from 2009 to 2011.

Caroline McDowell completed their education with a variety of degrees and certifications. Caroline attended Hingham High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Harvard University, during the period of 2008 to 2012. Wanting to further enhance their education, Caroline enrolled in the prestigious Harvard Business School from 2016 to 2018, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Retail Education Certificate from Shoptalk in March 2019.
