Nathan Fink has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nathan began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Sergeant in 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance Alpha Company. Nathan supervised training exercises, conducted patrols and provided security during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Following their military service, Nathan transitioned to the private sector as a Network Administrator at Horseshoe Bay Resort. There, they managed network infrastructure, implemented security measures, and ensured smooth operations for the company's amenities.

In 2013, they joined Marble Falls ISD as a Senior Network Engineer and later became the Director of Technology. In this role, they were responsible for the management and maintenance of the district's network and systems. Nathan oversaw infrastructure evaluation, planning, and implementation, ensuring the district was equipped to meet increasing technology needs. Nathan also developed a comprehensive plan for replacing end-of-life network infrastructure.

Nathan Fink completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Programmer Analyst from Central Texas College. Nathan attended the college from 2015 to 2017.
