Will Jones, IV has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development Executive for Marathon TS, where their responsibilities included identifying staffing solutions for government, government contracting, and commercial clients. Will also worked as a Full Desk Account Manager at Marathon TS. Additionally, Will worked as a Consulting Intern at TXN Advisors and gained experience in social media and sports marketing as an intern at James Madison University. At JMU, they utilized Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing projects for JMU Athletics' social media platforms.

Will Jones, IV began their education at Dominion High School from 2012 to 2016. Will then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Business from James Madison University, with a minor in General Business, completing their studies from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they enrolled in Harvard Business School, where they obtained a Master of Management (M.M.) degree, specializing in Business Development and Data Analytics through their MicroMasters program.

In addition to their academic achievements, Will Jones, IV also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Will completed the Premiere Pro 2020 Essential Training, Illustrator 2020 Essential Training, and Photoshop 2020 Essential Training: The Basics courses from LinkedIn in May and June 2020.
