Melvina Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Melvina is currently working as a Human Resource Management General Clerk at Marathon TS, where they provide call center support services, clerical support, and benefit administration. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC from 2014 to 2020. Melvina also worked as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at ComproTax Inc in 2014 and as a Receptionist at Tax Refunds NOW/Fast Tax Refunds from 2012 to 2013. Melvina has also held roles as a Client Service Professional at H&R Block from 2009 to 2011, a Receptionist at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. from 2006 to 2009, and an Office Assistant at Nationwide from 2001 to 2004. Melvina began their career at The Home Depot as a Recruiter/Trainee/Cashier from 1999 to 2001. Melvina has gained experience in various tasks such as customer service, data entry, file management, appointment scheduling, and client support.

Melvina Jackson is currently pursuing their Master's Degree in Human Resource Management-Leadership & Management at Western Governors University, with an expected graduation date of December 2025.

Prior to this, they attended Argosy University in 2019 to study Human Resources Management. Melvina also briefly studied Human Resources Management at South University in 2018.
