Erik Cruz is a dedicated physical therapist currently serving as a Staff Physical Therapist at Marathon Physical Therapy & Sports Performance since August 2023, following a 14-week clinical internship. Prior experiences include roles as a Physical Therapy Student at Massachusetts General Hospital and Advanced Sports Therapy, as well as research assistant positions at Harvard University and Brigham Young University, where ultrasound and arterial occlusion pressure measurements were performed. Erik's educational background includes a Doctorate in Physical Therapy/Therapist from MGH Institute of Health Professions, expected to be completed in May 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University. Additional experience includes a role as a Physical Therapy Aide at Stonehenge of American Fork and a research assistant at Marriott School of Management.
