Sumit Sarkar is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and systems integration. Currently serving as Interface Team Lead and Senior Developer at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since April 2016, Sumit previously held the position of Senior Developer at Rackspace and worked for over a decade at Tata Consultancy Services in various roles including Associate Consultant and IT Analyst. Notably, Sumit led the Oracle SOA project for McGraw-Hill Education and contributed to its e-commerce initiatives as both a functional and performance tester. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, an MCA from the University of Calcutta, and a B.Sc. in Physics from St. Xavier's College Ranchi.
