Jorge Marzari, PhD CSP, serves as the Principal Process Safety Engineer at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since August 2014, focusing on compliance audits, regulatory applicability, and technical support related to process safety. Prior to this role, Jorge held the position of Process Safety Superintendent at BP, managing process safety and risk initiatives, and developed safety compliance programs. Jorge's experience also includes serving as the Process Safety Manager at Pfizer and as an Advanced Engineer at Owens Corning. Jorge holds a PhD and M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
