Charles Baker is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading multi-disciplined teams and managing lifecycle projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since September 2006, Charles excels in preparing project plans that encompass scope, milestones, deliverables, and budgets. Previously, Charles held the role of Project Engineer at Lucite International, where responsibilities included coordinating site capital programs and implementing project best practices from September 2001 to January 2006. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Monsanto Company, leading multidisciplinary teams on various reliability and environmental projects from March 1996 to January 2001. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
