Michael Michetti serves as Chief Operating Officer at Marathon Health and has extensive experience in healthcare operations, having held senior leadership roles at Highmark Health/Allegheny Health Network and Mercy. Notable positions include Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Physician Enterprise and Senior Vice President of System Clinical Operations. Prior to these roles, Michael served as Executive Director of Professional Staff Affairs and Counsel for Labor and Employment at Cleveland Clinic. Earlier in the career, Michael was an Associate in Labor and Employment at JONES DAY®. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Ohio University.
