Khang Phan has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Operations fields since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Tax Consultant for International Auditing & Financial Consulting Company, where they provided tax, accounting and finance advice for the Vietnam branch of an international company from Hong Kong, and took care of the C&B function for the branch. In 2017, they worked as a Recruitment Officer for Saigon Co.op, where they recruited 90 staff for the North Representative office of Co.op Food and 4 Co.op Food stores in Ha Noi capital in six months. In 2018, they worked as an Executive Recruiter for Topica Edtech Group, where they held "Employer Branding" events as director role to help increase Candidate resource. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor for Savyu Vietnam, where they were responsible for all tasks relating to the HR Dept, including operating daily tasks, training and supervising other team members, and creating procedures and rules of HR Dept complying to Legal and Company's Culture. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Kaleidoscope Tech Asia Company Limited, where they were responsible for all tasks of back-office from HR, Accounting, Finance, and part of Legal, and set up processing policies for the back-office of the company. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Manager for Marathon Education (YC W22).
Khang Phan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit) between 2011 and 2015. Khang then obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UEH - International School of Business between 2020 and 2022.
