Bryan Hickman, MBA, PMP®, CSM, SAFe® 6, has a strong background in project management and IT advisory services. Bryan has worked as a Director of Service Delivery at Marathon Consulting, providing project initiation, monitoring, and closure support. Additionally, Bryan has served as a Team Lead and Enterprise Business Technology Consultant, offering IT advisory services and Agile Scrum coaching and training. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at SLAIT Consulting and held various roles at Méttier and All Covered, gaining experience in portfolio management, PPM consulting, and IT consulting.

Bryan Hickman obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University in 2003. Bryan then went on to earn their MBA in Management in Global Emerging Markets from American University - Kogod School of Business in 2008. In 1999, they completed their high school education at Kempsville High School. Bryan has also obtained additional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) in 2016, Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2008, and Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner in 2023.
