Maximilian Lüders has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as an intern at Homburg & Partner. In 2013, they worked as a student assistant at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Maximilian then returned to Homburg & Partner in 2014 as an associate before starting their doctoral candidacy at KIT in 2015. During their time at KIT, they focused on researching business customers' online information behavior. Concurrently, they worked as a freelance consultant for Homburg & Partner. In 2020, Maximilian co-founded MARA, a company that helps businesses analyze public customer feedback to understand their markets and develop products and experiences that meet customer expectations.

Maximilian Lüders pursued their education from 2009 to 2015 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
