Vince Profeta serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Mar-Bal, Inc. since April 2012, following a notable tenure as Director of Operations. Prior experience includes roles as North American Sales Manager and North American Product Manager at Ferro Corporation, where management responsibilities encompassed comprehensive asset management for polypropylene materials and oversight of customer service and R&D departments. Vince also held the position of Engineering Program Manager at Premix, Inc., managing product commercialization efforts, and worked as an Engineering Supervisor and Lead Design Engineer at Matco Tools, where responsibilities included team development and financial oversight of engineering projects. Earlier career experience includes branch management at Action Auto Rental and franchise operation as an Authorized Dealer at Snap-On Tool Corporation. Vince earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University between 1990 and 1995.
