Leslie Lau has a diverse work experience over the past 14 years. In 2005, they began their career as an Operations Clerk at Kintetsu World Express. Leslie then moved on to Digital Trade And Transportation Network Limited in 2006, where they held the roles of Assistant Manager and Business Analyst. In 2008, they were a Business Analyst at OOCL. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant at DDS Logistics. In 2016, they became a Project Manager at Adjuno - B2B Cloud-Based Supply Chain Management Software. In 2018, they joined Mapxus, where they held the roles of Business Director, Head of Business Solutions & Map Production, and Senior Manager - Customer Success.

Leslie Lau obtained a High School Diploma from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002-2004, and a Bachelor's degree from Northumbria University in 2004-2005, both in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
