Customer Success Manager at Maptician

Kaia Musgjerd's work experience begins in 2016 with a role as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at First National Bank of Omaha. In this position, they developed spreadsheets to track portfolio exposure, analyzed rent roll data, and assisted with property inspections. From 2015 to 2017, Musgjerd worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they coordinated meetings, filed documents, and provided office assistance to students. Starting in 2018, Musgjerd became an Operations Intern at Nelnet, where they communicated with account holders, created reports and standard operating procedures, processed credit card disputes, and managed accounting data. In 2019, Musgjerd joined BenefitEd as a Customer Service and Sales Support staff member, where they provided support to customers, managed key relationships, and worked in operations. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Account Manager at BenefitEd before moving on to become an Implementation Manager. Most recently, starting in 2022, Musgjerd joined Maptician as a Customer Success Manager.

Kaia Musgjerd attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
